Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hirikatiya Cabs. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp or Phone.

For long-distance tours or airport transfers, we may request a small advance payment to secure the vehicle.
2. Pricing and Payments

The estimated fare provided by our website calculator is a guide only. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Fares include fuel and driver charges.

Highway Tolls: Unless stated otherwise, highway tolls (expressway charges) are to be paid by the customer.

Parking Fees: Any parking fees at airports or tourist attractions are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver’s fuel and time.

In the event of a “No Show” (if the customer is not at the location at the agreed time), we reserve the right to charge a full or partial fare.
4. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes of free waiting time from the flight’s actual arrival.

For city pickups, we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time. After this, a waiting charge per hour may apply.
5. Luggage Policy

Please inform us of the amount of luggage you have at the time of booking to ensure the vehicle provided has sufficient space.

Hirikatiya Cabs is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
6. Passenger Conduct

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in a repair fee.
7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to be punctual, Hirikatiya Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. In case of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.
